Claire Wilson is a San Diego-based Realtor® with the Gluch Group, representing buyers and sellers across La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Coronado, Mission Valley, and surrounding coastal and urban neighborhoods. With a professional background in finance and economics, including experience as a financial analyst at one of the world’s largest firms, Claire brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to pricing, negotiation, and strategy.
Claire is known for her ability to perform in competitive, high-pressure markets. She combines strong market knowledge with clear communication and decisive execution, helping clients make confident, well-informed decisions. Her experience spans luxury residential transactions, first-time homebuyers, VA, and all-cash buyers, second homes, investors, and off-market opportunities. An award-winning Realtor®, Claire approaches real estate as both a financial decision and a lifestyle choice. She is currently working toward her Master of Science in Real Estate, further strengthening her expertise in valuation, market analysis, and long-term investment strategy. Outside of real estate, Claire is a self-described foodie who loves exploring San Diego’s restaurant scene, staying active through yoga and Pilates, and spending time with her rescue German Shepherd, Birdie. Her balance of analytical skill, market experience, and genuine care for her clients is what keeps people coming back and referring friends and family.
