Lance has an extensive background in customer service prior to joining the Gluch Group in 2017. He worked for multi-national big banks resolving customer’s issues, concerns, and transactions. His knowledge and experience in Customer Engagement Strategies and Solution have been valuable making sure that our client gets the time and attention they need the moment they make the initial contact with our team.

Some fun facts about Lance: he lives in Palawan, Philippines which is a world-class beach destination, yet he does not know how to swim. If he is not playing video games with his son Dylan, he is enjoying the city’s cuisine with his wife Elyn.
